Class Style: High intensity cardio session using boxing to get the heart rate up and lungs pumping, energised to take on the rest of your day! You can expect pad work, bag work and other boxing specific training in this class!

Class Style: A Beginner Friendly Class suited for all levels of fitness. Expect a high intensity workout that incorporates variations of combat to help burn those calories, acquire skills and  build muscle.

Each class will have a warm up suited to the workout planned by the trainer followed by a quality full body work out and a nice burner to finish off the session.
